Chilly’s Blog – The Morning After
Too Much Good Stuff
I am a little tired and sore this morning. Things were going pretty well at the National Hare and Hound yesterday, but I really ran out of mojo late in the day. I had 75 miles of good racing in me, the problem was that the course was 100 miles. It wasn’t going too bad, but about mid point, Kenji Gauthier came by and decided that he REALLY wanted to race. I had been pacing myself but got sucked into a battle with him, old school Vet style. We went bar to bar for much of the second loop. It was good stuff, but we both wore ourselves out I think.
So as soon ask I get some pep back in me, I have tons of good stuff to talk about: Kurts’ Hare & Hound Title, Kendall’s win, GNCC, 450xc-w testing with Ivan Ramirez and of course the Ryan Dungey interview and first look at the all new bike he will be racing. So check back later as I will get some of this up today and tomorrow.
I want to say thanks to all of you who come up to me and tell me that you have been reading my stuff, glad to see that I am hitting the mark with so many enthusiasts.
