Hi Justin
On the base gaskets, the gasket kit came with a few sizes, but we decided that the “x” dimension still was not right, so ended up buying a thicker one. But I don’t remember the exact size. As this is not really a going to be a race bike, going just a tad low on the compression seemed like a good idea.
I have just one break in ride on the bike (watch for full report) and the jetting from the 250xcw seems just a little lean. But this was down near sea level, probably head up to Cahuilla Creek for next ride and that is over 3k feet. Currently it has a 165 main (same as stock 300) and N8RW in the 3rd position.
I just threw the 300 kit (SX head) on my 09 250XC and I’m curious as to what you did w/the squish. It came w/a few head gaskets, the thicker one putting the bike @ .0074.
Also, what changes are you making to the jetting?
Hey Kate, funny as I read this, Neena was baking brownies. So I figured a good reply would be that in order for a girl to get one of our shirts, she has to be able to bake. Do you know anyone like that??

Great video!! Good job Neena!! How many gallons is that tank??
What do girls have to do to get one of those t-shirts, Chilly?
This was awesome!! Thanks guys.
cool. and fun for both of you (that is assuming Neena doesn’t mind being on camera)
