I ran across this video on YouTube. It shows some of the best sections of the Hobby course from the 2012 Romaniacs event. I rode all of these sections last year. Now I have to admit that is video is way too long, so feel free to skip forward. The best clips are right towards the end, around the 30 minute mark. So if you are in a hurry, bookmark this one for later when you have a little more time. There are some fantastic bits hidden in this video, bikes tumbling into oblivion.

The section where this rider loses his bike down the hill, into the riders on the other side of the switchback is classic. I guess that is one way to get down the hill. This was right at the start of day 3. When I rode down this hill, there were only a couple of other bikes on it. But I remember thinking how easy it would be to have it all go wrong.
