I have written enough now that I forget some of the previous work I have done or been involved with. A friend sent me the link to this video the other day. Hard to believe it was ten years ago this month that I was riding through Idaho testing middleweight adventure bikes.
It leaves me with two thoughts. First – how is it that a decade later we are still looking for the real KTM middleweight ADV bike to show up? No, I probably won’t test the new 790, but I am sure it will be a nice bike. Second – I can’t wait to get back to adventure riding in Idaho. There is so much I have yet to see. And it is coming, last week of August.

JC Hilderbrand is doing the commentary. But much of what he talks about are my review notes. Make sure and watch to the end of the video. We had a good time doing this ride. Snow turned us back on the Magruder Corridor, so it will be part of my route for this year.
Hard to believe this video has nearly half a million views! I had no idea.
